New way to bring high quality traffic to your blog

Brilliant Idea!

I just found a brand new way to bring quality traffic to your niche sites. And it’s going to be BIG!

As you may know already, Yahoo! has a beta program called Yahoo! Answers. Basically, people ask questions (usually dumb questions) and anyone can post answers. Within your answer, you can list website URLs in the resource box, or within the post.

So far, I haven’t seen real answers being posted, for example, take a look at this question.

How do I improve my credit report score?

At the bottom, notice how I added two urls into my post. I’m not spamming, but I’m providing real advice using my websites. Most of the answers can be found with little research using Google. By using this method, you will be able to bring targetted traffic to your site as well as search engine bots to crawl.

Another great news about this program is… they will going to integrate YPN program into Yahoo! Answers so we can earn money by answering questions. Do you see an opportunity here? well, I am.

Spend some time answering questions and build your reputation before YPN starts paying for answers.

Here is the URL to start.

    Bo,

where do you get such information.. man you are great..
    Thanx a ton.

BTW, no-follow is not followed by Yahoo.. so yahoo consider it as a valid back link.. I have proof of it ;)

Anyways, that a pretty good idea, im been to yahoo answers before, and ask a question or two. Didnt really get much assistance though.
Well after thinking about it was a pretty simple question, got a reply from wordpress.org though.

    Thanks Bo!

I spent a bit of time last night answering some questions… only posted a url to one of them, but why not help some people :)

Did you see that you can add a Yahoo Answers thing to your site? It shows the questions to the answers you gave. I posted it on my blog http://www.twentyten.com/ (I changed the code a bit) I dont know if we can use it for anything, but I’m testing it, out for whatever reason.

I thought you might be able to build backlinks, but they’re using no-follow

Ok, I didn’t know about this. Thanks for pointing out.

By doing that you also open up your niche websites for the world to see… Just by finding one of your answers, someone can follow to your profile and check out your other links and see what other sites you own. It may not be such a good idea.

Cool. I started a forum recently called Noob Training which is sorta like that, without the power of Yahoo behind it. It figures I always come up with a “Grand Idea” when someone else starts doing it too.

Maybe if I drink some more coffee I’ll think faster and get my ideas rolling sooner =P

Plus, whilst you’re adding content on a topic you’re interested in, you might get inspiration for other material you could write for your own sites.

Great idea. I thought you might be able to build backlinks, but they’re using no-follow, so it’s human traffic only. Still a great idea though.

    Whoa! This is absolutely great!

Not only that, with enough research, you can also compile a free report or get a new ebook done up! :)

    Great work as usual Bo.
